Automated Log Work no available in Jira

the tool for logging hours, Automated Log Work, isn’t working, where is the problem?

Thank you for your question. There isn't a native feature like this, I guess you refeer for app "Time in status" or similar.

I suggest to report the problem to your Jira admin in order to check configurations and if necessary open a ticket to the vendor.

Which 3rd party app from the Marketplace are you using?

It's also probably best to reach out to their support if there is an issue with the 3rd party app.
