If you set up tempo teams and grant approve permissions to (the right) people, they can quite easily see the status of the timesheets of the people they oversee.
In a similar fashion, you can quite easily configure reports to check the status of your people's timesheet. You can even add gadgets on a dashboard to oversee your team members' timesheets for the current period at a glance.
On top of that, Tempo also has a scheduler that sends reminders to people directly to complete their timesheet (ahead of period closure as well as when they are late).
With all that in place, would you still need a notification process in place?
