What exactly is your need and business requirement for these info? Are these users normal jira users? Are they managed accounts from a verified domain?
Jira doesn't provide out of the box functionality to create reports on user info. You could implement the solution that Deepak offers, but it would be great if you could talk a bit more about your requirements.
