I'm trying to use the Event Trigger - ISSUE ASSIGNED but it doesn't seem to trigger. I have an additional JQL query for 'project = "JIRA" and status = "Open"'. Am I missing something? Other Automation triggers seem to work fine.
All I'm trying to do is to move it from the Open status to In Progress status.
