Everytime LDAP connection failed and we have to Synchronise manually from User Directory for Active Directory Server. What should be the possible solution to do automated the synchronise ?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
You can set up a directory sync at a specified interval or a specific time. As far as I know, a connection failure doesn't have any impact on future scheduled directory sync jobs.
Do you know what's causing the connection failure?
