Hi All,

How to Auto transition the status once multi-line text field is updated.

For Example -

Below is the workflow configiguration

ToDo --> Action --> Root Cause --> Preventive Action --> Verify --> Done

User will create an issue with Summary and Description so status will be in ToDo

Once the user moves the ticket to Action status he will enter and update Corrective Action field data on Action status, transition has to move automatically to Root Cause status.

Same way when user enter Root cause details in Root Cause status , the transition has to automatically move to Preventative action.

Is it possible?
