In my team, we have 3 people working the APAC shift, 3 in the IND shift, and 3 in the NA shift. We publish the team's shift schedule in a Confluence calendar every month. I want tickets to be assigned to team members based on their shifts in the ROTA. Additionally, the automation should consider how many tickets each person already has."
