Could you please help with some automation on Jira Server?
Wanna have some auto-reply for created issues to our customers with a link to their issue.
Is there any possibility?

When you say auto-reply, have you tried using the jira notification scheme for the Issue Created event and sending the mail on this event.
If the customers are external you can then send the mail to single mail id and then in the Active directory make sure the mail id forwards the mail to all mail ids.
If you want further automation around this then you can use Script Listener from the Script runner plugins and send customized mails.
