Auto completion and start new sprint in JIRA?

Hi,

Automatically close the current sprint on its last date and start a new sprint by including open issues from the previous sprint?

Auto completing sprint is not possible in jira and there no action automation to close sprint. 

It not suggested to close a sprint automatically. when there is an active sprint you need to validate the things with team before closing it.

If you do not want to sprints we can make use of kanban.

It is possible to auto start and complete sprints in Data center directly from jira but it is not possible in cloud. 

I think it can be possible by using third party addons or REST API's but i am not sure about the process.
