Auto assigned to component lead on edit?

Auto-assign for component leads is working as expected when issues are created, but not so much is a component is added to an issue after the fact.  How can I get the same auto assign logic to trigger if the component is added to the issue after the issue is created?

This option does not seem to be available in Project Automation. 

I use Automation For Jira and am able to perform these actions.
