Auto add Request participants

How can i add to Request participants users?

Example: Request participants (User1, User2)

Then in automation: customfield_10101=User3, User4

I want Request participants (User1, User2, User3, User4)

But now Request participants (User3, User4)

The Automation is almost the same on JIRA 7

I do not see answeer on the addition of adding as Request Participant. Only email by notification scheme. =(

I'm also looking for how to do this and haven't figured it out yet. 

What I've thought about as a workaround, but haven't tested yet, is to add, from above example, user 3 & user 4 as watchers instead of request participants, since the Watchers field in JIRA Service desk isn't used. I would much prefer that i could add them as request participants though.
