Auto Confluence Space creation not available on Jira Project Creation

I believe there is an option to be abe to create a Confluence space upon creating a project in Jira. My application links between the two application are working beacuse the "menu" in the top left corner is visiable. I am also able to manually link a project and space together under the Projects -> Settings screen (under Administration).

Does anyone have nay ideas as to why my option is not working?

This is only an option in Atlassian Cloud. If you'd want to implement this yourself you'd do it via API.
