Authentication error in Confluence after getting Jira & Confluence licenses

Testing Jira and Confluence was OK on our Server. 

Once we bought Jira and Confluence licenses, we have no problems working with Jira, but we can't work on Confluence due to an authentication error that we cannot resolve.

Active Directory is used for authentication.

Are you able to connect to AD server from Confluence server? Is a quick test in LDAP configuration going successful? Check if AD server and port are accessible from Confluence Application server by telnet.
