Attempting to load Test Case workflow

Attempting to load test case workflow .jwb file.

"This workflow bundle can be imported using the JIRA Workflow Sharing Plugin. Simply download this .jwb file and upload from the "Workflow Sharing" section under JIRA Administration."

There is no "Workflow Sharing" in JIRA 5.2 is it usable even though it says v. 1.0 for JIRA 5.0 - 5.1.2

Apparently this plugin is no longer available for JIRA 4.4 - 5.2 after checking on the plugin page.
