Attempting import of csv and get - Cannot attach file: Unknown server error (500).

Attempting import of csv and get - Cannot attach file: Unknown server error (500).

I am trying to import a csv file created from a self hosted jira server. the export was created by picking the export / csv option specifying a comma as the delimiter.

When I try to import it I get "Cannot attach file: xxxxx.csv Unknown server error (500)."

I assume this should work but I'm not sure what to check first.

Ok, I picked a day when Atlasians media service was down to try this. It's working now.
