Attachments are not visible to other team members

Attachments that are included in the task in JPG (.jpg) format, other team members do not see. Empty squares are displayed and the files are not displayed when downloading. I attach screenshots

Hmm.. On JIRA server you might be hitting something like this

It had this issue one or two times, but since you are using JIRA Cloud I suggest you to directly contact friends from Atlassian Support since the solution might require steps beyond standard Cloud administrators permissions.
