We have imported the JIRA tickets from previous JIRA to the cloud , while doing so all the details have been imported but the attachments are missing.

Any help would be appreciated.

when you say imported, does that mean from a  backup of your previous JIRA instance?

The backup DOES NOT include attachments. It says that in the documentation. You need to work with cloud support to find out where to upload them or if they need to do that. In the server setup you indicate what location (drive, folder, etc.) to place the attachments. You need to locate that folder so it can be moved to that cloud. I'm surprised the cloud support folks didn't tell you what to do with the attachments.

Thanks Joe, It worked. We had to import them separately.
