Attachments- FAILED TO LOAD

Hi, Recently I am seeing an issue and it is very concerning for my projects. I have attached images into my description and 2 days later it is now showing me a "Failed to Load" error. This is super critical for me right now. Kindly, please help me.

I also have this issue, but due to the attachments being files, they can be accessed from the attachments page.

If this is reproducible on different browsers at will I suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support.

Note: i found this issue in JAC but it is different - JRACLOUD-72753
