Attachment name changes after importing data to JIRA Cloud

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
- We exported data from one JIRA cloud instance using Backup manager.
- Restored same data to another JIRA cloud instance using Restore system.
- Attachment imported properly.
- But while goes to issue Attachment thumbnail shows Attachment Id instead of Attachment file name.
- Attachment Id prefix with `data/attachment`.
- For e.g. `data/attachments/BIDLVY/10000/BIDLVY-2052/52966`
- In above name `52966` is Attachment id.
- Attachment in original JIRA cloud instance.
- Attachment in imported JIRA cloud instance.
How to import attachment with correct name?
