Attachment Thumbnail images

I had Installed, Jira V 7.1. I am facing issue in attachment thumbnail images. 

I am viewing the attachments as thumbnail, images for thumbnail like word image for Word document and PDF image for PDF files is not displayed. Only a blank box is displaying for thumbnail. 

Kindly suggest how to resolve

I ran into the same problem after upgrading to 7.x. I have not found any workarounds.
