Attaching files to a Jira Issue from External form

Has anyone found a way of using an external form system e.g. JotForm to create an issue in Jira and attach multiple files at the same time?

JIRA can be imported with issues from other applications in CSV or JSON formats, where you are able to map attachments/files to issues, one time the files are in an accessible open URL (Like Google drive, for example):

Also, there are some third-party apps that provide you with a direct integration between JIRA and some other applications, including JotForm. The one below is one of those apps:
