Attached file are unable to review with more than 150 files

I have this Jira: https://micron.atlassian.net/browse/DRAMDSCG-23048
It has more than 150 files attached. I could not be able to preview/download any one of them.

Hi @AKSHATA BIRADAR 

There is an open defect for intermittent display of attachment previews.  It is shown as "waiting for release", so perhaps watch that one to observe any changes:

There are other defects for attachments added using an automation rule, but those are a bit different than what you are describing.

 

You could also ask your Jira Product Admin to submit a ticket to the support team to take a look and confirm if it is the same cause.  Your admin can do that here:

Hi @AKSHATA BIRADAR 

This might be happening due to the high number of attachments on the ticket, since Jira often fails to load/preview attachments when the number is high.

You may want to give it a try in an incognito mode or another browser just to see if the problem is on the side of the browser or caching. If that doesn’t work out either, then it seems like an issue on the Jira side of things.

Yes, I have tried different browser and incognito. Do I need to report this to Jira side?
