Atlassian website is frozed

Hello,
I try to download Jira but Atlassian website keep on freezing when i connect to it.
After a few seconds i get the message "this website dosen't respond" on chrome.
When I use the inspector, i see a few uncaught exception and notice a message "JQuery is not defined"

Do I have to download from another site or is it just broken ?

This is a problem with your internet connection/routing, or your browser, not Atlassian's site. 

The JQery error doesn't happen for other people (I've tried from two different places on two different browsers) - could your browser be blocking it?  It might not even be that that is blocking a download.
