Atlassian support portal where we can raise ticket is not working

I'm trying to reach out for Atlassian support where we can raise ticket for Jira datacenter application. But since yesterday the portal is not appearing. Could please resolve this?

Not sure what you mean when Atlassian support portal is not working. Any error you see ?

Thank you. It was virtual desktop issue. URL started appearing after one day.
