Atlassian organization reactivataion-restore

Anna Arakelyan
September 10, 2026

Hello!

Our Atlassian organization (https://bullfincher.atlassian.net) has been deleted/deactivated due to inactivity, and we’re hoping it can be restored.

Would an Atlassian Team member be so kind as to reactivate our Jira organization and restore access to the existing data?

Thank you in advance, and please let me know if you need any additional information to facilitate this request.

Hello @Anna Arakelyan

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Here we are a user community. We don't have access to reactivate your subscription.

When was your subscription deactivated? If it has been 14 days or less you should be able to reactivate it yourself following these steps:

https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/

If it has been more than 14 days then it is possible that Atlassian has already permanently deleted your data such that they cannot recover it.

To contact Atlassian about this directly use this page:

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

For the first two options select Your Account, and Reactivate a Subscription.

For future reference I wrote an article about the timeline of deactivation of Free subscriptions based on my anecdotal experience. You may find it informative.
