Atlassian app under different tenant

We have recently begun looking at Azure and integration of Atlassian SSO.
When we check our Enterprise applications we are shown that there is already an instance of Atlassian there, but it is said to be under a different tenant.
We do not know who the tenant is as our azure migration was done by an outside support team.
Rather than go round and round trying to find the tenancy of the existing application, is it possible to open a new instance of the enterprise application using our current tenancy?
