Hi,

My company uses the enterprise solution from Atlassian now and I wonder if any kind of trainings are included in the package. If not, what are the options?

welcome to this community.

There is no training included, but you have different ways to get training.

The point where I would start is the Atlassian University.

You can get some Self Paced Tutorials there for free (https://training.atlassian.com/self-paced-tutorials/try-it) and there will be some more to buy in the next time.

Atlassian offers also official Trainings, you can find them here https://training.atlassian.com/jira-catalog You can take them as on Demand (Learning Videos) or as virtual classes.

You can get this Classes also as live class from authorized Atlassian Training Partners. If there is no Training Partner close to you, you might ask a Solution Partner, some of them are offering individual Trainings.

And even if it is no training, there is the Documentation, that is really helpful here:
