Atlassian Tools licesing

I am planning to create new instance of jira, bitbucket, bamboo using snapshot of existing Atlassian tools instance and shutdown the running Atlassian tools instance.

Do I have to anything with license or it will just work since I did shutdown original running instances?

I am doing this part of migrating Atlassian tools from one region to another.
