Hi
I would like to pursue Forge and Rovo certifications, but I am unable to access the exam portal. When I attempt to log in via Certiverse, I receive an HTTP 400 – Bad Request error. I am not sure of the root cause of this issue. @Ree Kent Could you please guide me on how to resolve this and help me proceed with the certification exams?
Hi @Rakshith ,
As Agastya said, potentially you're looking at a browser issue. I tried to access Certiverse right now, and it all seems okay (redirection, OAuth and other things).
On top of everything, you could maybe try disabling any browser extensions you have to see if those aren't blocking you from accessing cert. platform.
If nothing works, you could reach out to the certification team via Atlassian Support > select Training and certification > Certification > Topic: Certification Portal and fill out the form by explaining your issue. 🎟️
The team should be able to guide and help you troubleshoot this.
Cheers,
Tobi
Thanks It's working now

Hi @Rakshith
Welcome to the community!
I was also getting the same error but after clearing cache and logging in incognito mode, worked fine for me.
hope this helps you too!
thanks,

Hi @Rakshith ,
I faced a similar issue once. I'd suggest trying Incognito mode or a different browser first, and make sure you're signing in with the correct Atlassian account. Clearing your cache/cookies can also help.
If it still shows 400 Bad Request, it's probably worth reaching out to Atlassian Certification Support with a screenshot of the error. They'll be able to check if it's an account or portal issue.
Hope you get it sorted soon. Good luck with your Forge and Rovo certifications!
