Hello,

I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Matan Bakshi, and I am a Software Engineer at Mitiga, a security company. We're using Jira and Confluence, and we collect audit logs events from this API:

api.atlassian.com/admin/v1/orgs/%v/events

Our collection operates hourly, using your APIs to gather data from HH:00:00 to HH:59:59. Could there be a situation on your side where a delay in event creation causes certain events that actually occurred between HH:00:00 and HH:59:59 to not be retrieved from the API during the collection period?
