Atlassian Analytics Data Lake not showing all data after Jira Cloud Migration

We recently migrated our Jira from Data Center to Cloud. After the migration was completed successfully, we created a connection from the new Jira Cloud instance to the AA Data Lake. However, we are missing huge amounts of data even after 2 days after the completion of migration. 

Can someone help us with the resolution?

Was this tested on the sandbox before the migration?

I would suggest reaching out to Atlassian support and having a migration specialist involved.
