Atlassian AI Not Generating Text in Jira from Loom Link

Hi, I was pleased to see this functionality:

This was working great on 9/4/25. However, after recording several looms with the intent of creating work item descriptions from the loom - this feature doesn't seem to be working. 

When I paste the loom link, not content is generated nor am I prompted to generate content based on the link (as was the prior behavior). I can ask Atlassian AI to "Improve Description" and it attempts to, but the quality of the content is very surface level and not at the detail that was produced back when I first used this feature on 9/4/25.
