Atlas CRM through JIRA mobile app

Hello, i am running into a problem for some time now, i installed the Jira CRM connector and after installing i am being prompted to select a project to continue. After that no matter wat i am displayed a blank page with a permissions error saying i have no permissions and i should contact my admin, although i am the admin
