Associate Field Configurations to a Task Status?

Say I file a new bug. Filing a bug should bring me to the "New Bug" Screen, where I input fields like Bug Summary and Severity.

After resolving the bug, I want it to bring me to a "Bug Resolution" Screen where I can input fields like Solution Description and Resolution Type.

Is there any way to do this on JIRA?
