Assignin task workflow to 2 projects

I have several project in Jira, but hust for two(same customer) i want to establish a new task workflow...will they be valid than for ALL my projects in Jira , so I interfere with existing prosjects ? How can i assign this workflow to just the two project I want to.

Yes.  The workflows are independent of the projects really.  You have a list of workflows in the global admin section.

To use a workflow, you create a "workflow scheme" which says things like "for issue type X, use workflow Y, and for all other issue types, use workflow Z".  You can apply that to project A, then apply another one to B, C and D.
