Assignee photo is not showing up in Epic detail page

When you click the link (e.g. https://XXXX.atlassian.net/browse/ROADMAP-XXX) to see the detail of each Epic, the assignee photo is not showing up

I turned on the assignee feature and it was showing on and off (i have been bearing the intermitten issue for quite some times) but now it's completely gone.. 

Is anyone having the same issue? know how to fix this?

Hi Rohan,

I have found that the user needs to update their profile to adjust the Who can see your profile photo? to Anyone. 

Even if you just adjust to your organization, the photo will show up on boards, but not in individual issues. People get nervous about choosing "Anyone" but your instance is still locked to outsiders so they will not see the photo. Choosing Anyone results in the photo showing up on issues for me. 

Now, if they post something here in Community, their picture might show up, though, since it is really their Atlassian account and not just a Jira account.

Thank you for your input here. 

It is set to 'Anyone' for all my team members (that's the default tho, unless she/he changes it)... 

it's still not showing. 
Funny thing is that it shows sometimes when I visit the page with back button... 

No idea.. why and how. It happens to all other members too using windows and mcbook..

That's very strange. I would go ahead and submit a support ticket to Atlassian to see if they can help you figure it out.
