Assignee changed by something other than automation rule

Hi everyone,

I took over a JIRA project set up by someone else and there's a strange behavior that a "fake user" called 'requesting-customers-custom-field' is changing the Assigne on a Story.

I created a rule that should set the Assigne but now the rule and this "user" are changing it constantly every few seconds.

What could that be and how can I turn it off?

Are there any other Automation Rules running (local or global)?

And do you have any Apps installed, which can automate actions?

You could also try deactivating this user (if possible), and see if this stops it from happening.
