Assignee, based on Custom Field with Scriptrunner

Hi, 

I want to set the Assignee (only) in the Create-Screen according to the selection of a Country (Custom-Field).

E.g: if Country = "Germany"  --> Assignee should automatically switch to "userxy".

Unfortunately my Groovy-Script did not work. I would be very thankful if somebody has done this before and helps out.

This logic should not apply in Edit-Screens.
