what does the assignee show in the query before exporting?

Welcome to the community!

The reason is the might be username has been set as "admin".

Go to user management >> find the user and check what is the username has been set.

The username in user management setting is the full name of the user

Username of reporter is not Administrator (or anything similar), but she has project and system admin rights.
