Assign permissions to a group in JIRA Cloud?

HI,

In JIRA Cloud, is there a way to give a group permissions to create users for example?  I know the default "site-admins" group allows you to do this, but if I wanted to create a new group and give that group permissions to create users how would I do it?

No.  Same as server edition - you need to be an admin to create users.
