We are attempting to run the discovery tool on our network to identify all the assets we have. We have created service accounts to enable this for our multiple computers. The service account we created for our servers is working correctly and can connect when we run the test in the tool settings. The issue we are having is with the credentials for our PCs. The service account created is a Local PC admin, and we have also added it to the performance monitor users group for our domain. We have followed the steps in this article: How to set up a Windows user with minimal permissions for connecting to remote hosts in the Assets Discovery tool | Jira and Jira Service Management | Atlassian Support, and we still were not able to get a connection to any PCs. We get this error every time: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).
