I would like to fully understand the capabilities of the tool, for instance, how is the workflow created, how can I start my own dashboard, can the tool send emails to the members and so forth.

I have a huge project and it seem certain functions of this tool can help centralized the workflow, documentation, tracking and metrics.

Can I actually have someone from IT to help with this?
