Hi, I am new to Jira and to make it work, we would like to be able to ask for more info after the request has been made. We don't want it in a comment, we would like it in the info. For example, we can later ask for a due date etc. We want the customer to be able to do this for faster service
Hi Luca, welcome to the Community. It appears you are talking about JSD but the post is posted under Jira collection (I will move).
So with JSD the only form the customer has access to is the Create form (at time of creation). You can't present them w/ a followup form. So there are two options (maybe three):
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
