Asana Integration

We have the Asana-> Jira Cloud installed in our Asana projects and I am not able to synch my Jira updates.  I have a rule configured so a task will get created in Jira when a new task is added to the Asana project.  I also have the two-way synch of updated tasks and issue field. The rule creates the Task in Jira but my updates will not synch.  Can anyone help on this issue?

Hi @Karen,

I believe you're talking about the out-of-the-box Asana integration. By what you're describing, my only guess is that you're using the Asana premium version, which may not provide the two-way sync functionality. If that's not the case, I suggest contacting the support directly.

Cheers,

Melo

Thanks!!  I created a new project and the synch worked.  I never figured out why the other project could not synch.  I did remove and add quite a few times to different Jira instances and projects.. maybe it got messed up doing all those changes??
