I have changed the workflow and assigned it to project. As soon as I assigned workflow which is almost the same as previous one. tickets under project not moving to start progress or resolved. Even I changed back the workflow to the previous version. it does same

Hi Anas, we need more information to help you... I can only say is... make sure you have all the configuration correctly done (transitions, conditions, etc)
