How can we block Board deletion from a Global settings or adjust permissions at a Project level to avoid users deleting boards that should not be deleted?

First question: Are you talking about a Dashboard or an Agile Board (Scrum or Kanban)?

Dashboards

The owner of a dashboard always has the possibility to delete the dashboard, there is no way to restrict this.

The only workaround would be to change the ownership of all dashboards to a Jira Admin. This limits the number of people that actually can delete it.

Boards

Jira Admins, Project Admins and Board Admins always have the permission to delete a board, you cannot restrict this.

Hi @Dave Mathijs   Thank you for your quick response. I am looking for Agile Boards. If there is any option to restrict project Admins to deleting boards. Sometimes I didn't find in audit log who deleted the board. Is there any option to find who deleted the board?
