As a site admin, why can I not see the option to edit or archive a project?

Previously, we created projects for any number of things that are now either not useful (or really never were). I'm starting the process to archive these, which I know is possible from reading Atlassian documentation, but even with site and project permissions, I'm unable to see the options for archiving and editing for each project like the documentation says I should be able to. Are there additional permissions I need or settings I need to configure to do so?

Hi @Holland Stasi,

Project Archiving feature only available in Jira Data Center v7.10.x and above. Please refer to the following release note for more information.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/jira-software-7-10-x-release-notes-949226697.html

If you are NOT on Jira Data Center, perhaps you can consider archiving the projects manually with the steps as mentioned in the following documentation:-

https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/archiving-a-project-in-jira-server-950287459.html

Thank you.
