Are there "Themes" for Jira?

I am looking for a "Themes" setting, where I can set Jira to run in Dark-mode, which uses black instead of white for the back ground to reduce eye strain. Does this option exist?

No.  Best you can do is alter some of the colours in look-and-feel, but that won't get you a dark page.
