Are there docs for Jira's JS events?

After reading some docs on inline editing and attaching event handlers to certain Jira events, I wanted to see if there were any documentation for any other events that Jira might emit. 

That page mentions JIRA.Events.NEW_CONTENT_ADDED, which makes me think where might be other Jira events named JIRA.Events.x.

Does anyone know where this might be documented?

I would also like to know about this. This is a very sparingly documented API and I need it to achieve the goals of my current project. thank you in advance to anyone who can find some documentation out there for us!
