Hi: We have several development teams that prefer Kanban to Scrum. The business would like detailed reporting on Team Velocity, Work Committed vs Completed, Epic progress. Are there ways to report on these things on a Kanban team? Are there any plug ins to assist? We're open to suggestions to help keep developers on Kanban while meeting our reporting needs.
Thank you for your help.

In my opinion, teams using Kanban practices will not find built-in Jira Cloud reports/dashboards that can help...other than for the edge case of a stable, trivial workflow such as to-do, doing, done.
My recommendation is:
Then investigate both marketplace vendor options and pulling the data from Jira to report with external or custom built tools. Use those learnings to help decide what to try and be open to pivoting as the teams evolve.
Kind regards,
Bill
It does annoy me that you can't get a velocity type report on Kanban because you could do it, even though Kanban doesn't have velocity.
I wrote one for Server ages ago, it's on my list of candidates for learning Forge. It needs the reporter to tell it the date range to look at (because you don't have sprints and hence no time-box to define beginning and end), and it burns down on the Kanban throughput between the two dates.
Obviously, it works off Kanban throughput, as there's no estimation in Kanban - each story is the same size, so you can think of it as 1 card = 1 estimate unit.

@Lisa Besteni , there really isn't going to be a 1:1 translation from scrum to kanban. I would look at the following reports to see if they help get you further along in reporting metrics.
Average Age Report
Created vs. Resolved Issues Report
Resolution Time Report
Time Since Issues Report
Each one of these will give extended insight into team performance (Kanban Style). You will still probably need to massage the data for those consuming the reports.

If you are considering 3rd party app for reporting, you can try the eazyBI app . We have a demo account where you see examples for Kanban board reporting: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/dashboards/41359-kanban
This dashboard is also described in eazyBI documentation: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/learn-more/learn-eazybi-through-examples/kanban-project-overview
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to write to eazyBI support.
Best,
